ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Som vaktmästare har du ansvar för den dagliga skötseln av fastigheterna.Vi söker dig som är händig och teknisk och som är intresserad av att hitta lösningar på problem i fastighet och inredning, där budgeten inte alltid tillåter att saker byts ut.
Som vaktmästare har du ansvaret för att sköta, reparera och underhålla olika verksamhetsytor, inomhus såväl som utomhus. Du kommer också att arbeta med att inreda och iordningsställa lokaler.
Du behöver även kunna hantera projektorer och hårdvaruproblem som kan uppkomma på en skola, samt ansvara för delar av brandskyddet. Fastighetsskötarutbildning är ett krav.
Du måste vara beredd på akuta punktinsatser som underhålls- och reparationsarbeten, inventarieunderhåll, tillsyn av skolbyggnaderna och utrusning, kontroll av lektionssalar, uppsikt och tillsyn av elever, sköta kontakter med fastighetsägare och leverantörer.
KVALIFIKATIONER
Meriterande är att du har tidigare erfarenhet som vaktmästare eller fastighetsskötare då det ingår att utföra vissa tekniska arbetsuppgifter.
Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet från fastighetsskötsel, snickare eller liknande.
